Handmade Tortillas and Tacos with Mariana

Date: Saturday, April 9th
Admission: $45.00. Tickets Available here.
In partnership with Kitchen Underground.

Nothing compares to a homemade corn tortilla; tender, warm, soft, organic corn full of flavor. And every great taco starts with a great tortilla. Join Mexico native and local blogger Mariana (aka Yes, more please) at the Mexic-Arte Museum to learn the secrets to perfect tortillas every time. We'll also cover a delicious way to add different flavors and brilliant colors to corn tortillas, experimenting with parsley, cilantro, kale, achiote, ancho, and turmeric. Each will make your tacos even more irresistible! Recipes will also include seasonal fillings for unforgettable and authentic tacos.

Once you master homemade tortillas, Taco Tuesday might turn into...Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

Class will be held at the Mexic-Arte Museum (419 Congress Ave.). No refunds, but you may transfer your spot to someone else.
