Amplify Austin Day is a 24-hour day of community-wide giving that provides an easy and fun way for the Austin community to donate to nonprofits meeting critical needs. Donate online on or before March 8th (6PM)–March 9th (6PM).
Viva la Vida Fest is Austin's largest and longest-running Day of the Dead festival and one of the few in the U.S. with a procession. Each year, the Viva la Vida Artists-In-Residence program host one or more artists to create sculptural and kinetic works for the grand procession and orchestrate free family workshops that educate the public on the importance of art-making traditions and customs surrounding Día de los Muertos. By donating, you support exciting new family workshops with Artists-In-Residence to create a float for the 33rd annual Viva la Vida festival and parade!
